Dr. Erich Arias is a native of Lima, Peru, where he completed his primary and secondary studies. At the age of 18, he moved to Mexico where he entered medical school. He graduated from the University of Monterrey (UDEM) in Mexico in 1994. Prior to graduation, he successfully completed an undergraduate internship at Hospital Clinica de Parque in Chihuahua, Mexico.

Dr. Arias worked for a year in a rural area in northern Mexico, after which Dr. Arias returned to South America in Peru where he worked for the Ministry of Health in local health care center. Dr. Arias began his internship at the University of Nevada at University Medical Center in 2002 where he continued with his specialization in Family Medicine at Latrobe Area Hospital (now Excela Health) – Jefferson College of Medicine in Pennsylvania where he completed his residency in Family Medicine in 2005. Dr. Arias has several years of experience working in the states of Pennsylvania, Mississippi, New Mexico, and Florida.

Dr. Arias is a Certified Family Physician (Board Certified DABFM) with experience in emergency and urgent care. Dr. Arias has a particular interest in the areas of prevention, acute and chronic diseases in adults as well as pediatric patients and acute care. Dr. Arias is also a Civil Surgeon or physician designated by USCIS to perform immigration medical exams on aliens in the United States who are applying for adjustment of permanent residence status. Dr. Arias is licensed in Florida, Mississippi, New Mexico and Pennsylvania. Dr. Arias has hospital privileges at Rockledge Medical Center at Rockledge, Cape Canaveral Hospital, and Viera Hospital.
